Macaron with 7 choice of fillings;
1. Caramel
2. Chocolate nutella
3. Blueberry Buttercream

Size of macaroon: Diameter approx. 3.5 - 4 cm
Note: Please note that macarons sizes may vary due to weather which is the dominating factor of the consistency of the macaron batter.

Storage wise:
Please keep refrigerated (excellent taste)- up to 2 weeks or u may keep in room temp but not more than 2 days.

IMPORTANT: Apam's texture soft when warm but a bit hard when it's cold... almost like pau.. i use evaporated milk for my apam polkadots and not fresh milk since some of us do not like the smell of milk..
